The CSC Trademark Insider Awards  –  Fay Sharpe is a recepeint of the "2007 Top US Trademark Filer and CSC Trademark Insider Award."  Award presentations to be held in Berlin, Germany during the 2008 INTA annual meeting.

Ohio Super Lawyers  - Thomas E. Kocovsky Jr., Jay F. Moldovanyi, Philip J. Moy, Jr., Timothy E. Nauman and Richard M. Klein – were among 98 lawyers statewide listed in the guide’s “top intellectual property law” and “top intellectual property litigation” categories.  The Ohio Super Lawyers annual listing was the result of more than 35,000 ballots that were distributed to attorneys across the state, soliciting names of professionals in the field deemed “outstanding” by their peers.
